DNAH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM17A, TAF5, and SHCBP1. Each is linked with DNAH7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH7-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM17A grouped by DNAH7-low versus DNAH7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
