DNAH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,135 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHKB, WDR59, and COPS4. Each is linked with DNAH7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH7-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHKB grouped by DNAH7-low versus DNAH7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
