DNAH6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,908 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAS2, PID1, and IRAK2. Each is linked with DNAH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH6-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAH6 versus OAS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
