Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with DNAH6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH6-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH6 results are reported.
