DNAH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,215 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNALI1, RPGR_S961, and SPA17. Each is linked with DNAH5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAH5 versus DNALI1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
