DNAH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, c-Kit, and CD49b. Each is linked with DNAH5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by DNAH5-low versus DNAH5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
