DNAH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,053 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXD2, GADL1, and RPL17. Each is linked with DNAH5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXD2 grouped by DNAH5-low versus DNAH5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
