DNAH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAH12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, PDCD4, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with DNAH12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH12-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by DNAH12-low versus DNAH12-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
