DNAH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAH12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 336 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHIA, ARHGAP44, and LCE1D. Each is linked with DNAH12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAH12-to-partner and partner-to-DNAH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHIA grouped by DNAH12-low versus DNAH12-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
