DNAAF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBI, MRPL17, and POLR3K. Each is linked with DNAAF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF6-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBI grouped by DNAAF6-low versus DNAAF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
