DNAAF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,989 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP62CL, FAM183A, and BECN2. Each is linked with DNAAF6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF6-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF6 versus NUP62CL in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
