Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAAF5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAAF5 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DNAAF5 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAAF5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DNAAF5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
