Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAAF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,004 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter. Each is linked with DNAAF5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF5-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF5 results are reported.
