Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAAF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAAF2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher DNAAF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAAF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where DNAAF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
