Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DNAAF2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DNAAF2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DNAAF2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DNAAF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where DNAAF2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
