DNAAF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,709 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGAT2, ZNF627, and ZBTB6. Each is linked with DNAAF2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF2 versus MGAT2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
