DNAAF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, ZC3H14, and YLPM1. Each is linked with DNAAF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF2 versus FKBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
