Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARCHF10, PAQR4, and LRR1. Each is linked with DNAAF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF2 results are reported.
