DNAAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNAAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP321, MIR7702, and LRRC8A. Each is linked with DNAAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP321 grouped by DNAAF2-low versus DNAAF2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNAAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNAAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
