Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNAAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,131 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNAAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), tRNA metabolic process, and tRNA modification. Each is linked with DNAAF2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNAAF2-to-partner and partner-to-DNAAF2 results are reported.
