DNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,188 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPE, GSTCD, and ZSCAN29. Each is linked with DNA2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNA2-to-partner and partner-to-DNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DNA2 versus CENPE in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
