DNA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, INPP4B, and MSH2. Each is linked with DNA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNA2-to-partner and partner-to-DNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by DNA2-low versus DNA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
