DNA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC10, RAB3A, and TMEM33. Each is linked with DNA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DNA2-to-partner and partner-to-DNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC10 grouped by DNA2-low versus DNA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
