DMXL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMXL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMXL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NADK, DMXL2_S1151, and LCP2. Each is linked with DMXL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMXL2-to-partner and partner-to-DMXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMXL2 versus NADK in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
