DMXL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMXL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,654 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G7, TLR8, and SRGN. Each is linked with DMXL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMXL2-to-partner and partner-to-DMXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMXL2 versus PLA2G7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
