DMXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, mTOR_pS2448, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with DMXL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMXL2-to-partner and partner-to-DMXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by DMXL2-low versus DMXL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
