Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,625 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, Spindle assembly, and Positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DMRTC2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTC2 results are reported.
