DMRTC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15_pS116, Caspase-8, and PREX1. Each is linked with DMRTC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEA-15_pS116 grouped by DMRTC2-low versus DMRTC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
