DMRTC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMRTC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, GUCA1C, and SLC6A1. Each is linked with DMRTC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTC2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHLA1 grouped by DMRTC2-low versus DMRTC2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
