Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMRTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,308 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transport, Regulation of potassium ion transport, and Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with DMRTC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTC1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTC1 results are reported.
