DMRTA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,653 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMRTA2_S208, ARPC2, and XPNPEP1. Each is linked with DMRTA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTA2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRTA2 versus DMRTA2_S208 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
