Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,417 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DMRTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVA1A, NCKAP1L, and MARCHF1. Each is linked with DMRTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTA2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRTA2 versus EVA1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
