Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 135 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DMRTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA12P1, MTCYBP15, and SNORA36C. Each is linked with DMRTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTA2-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA12P1 grouped by DMRTA2-low versus DMRTA2-high in LIHC.
