Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DMRTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRELID1P2, OR4F28P, and MIR6515. Each is linked with DMRTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTA1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRELID1P2 grouped by DMRTA1-low versus DMRTA1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
