DMRTA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, p21, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with DMRTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTA1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by DMRTA1-low versus DMRTA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
