DMRTA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMRTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 189 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCERG1L, L3MBTL2, and PRSS54. Each is linked with DMRTA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRTA1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1L grouped by DMRTA1-low versus DMRTA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
