DMRT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM40, ZMYND19, and ELP5. Each is linked with DMRT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT3-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM40 grouped by DMRT3-low versus DMRT3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
