DMRT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,860 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1G, CPSF3, and ECT2_T359. Each is linked with DMRT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRT1 versus PPM1G in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
