DMRT1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,579 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP43, RPS3AP24, and GRPEL2P3. Each is linked with DMRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRT1 versus RPSAP43 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
