DMRT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMRT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,449 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAND1, AKNA_S537, and RPS6KC1_S528. Each is linked with DMRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMRT1 versus CAND1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
