Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,640 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMRT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with DMRT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMRT1-to-partner and partner-to-DMRT1 results are reported.
