DMPK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,776 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROSER3, DMWD, and STRN4. Each is linked with DMPK in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMPK-to-partner and partner-to-DMPK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMPK versus PROSER3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMPK→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMPK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
