DMKN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMKN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR154, KRTAP19-5, and NTF6G. Each is linked with DMKN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMKN-to-partner and partner-to-DMKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR154 grouped by DMKN-low versus DMKN-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
