DMKN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMKN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with DMKN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMKN-to-partner and partner-to-DMKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by DMKN-low versus DMKN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
