DMKN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMKN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GC, WFDC12, and DEFB4A. Each is linked with DMKN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMKN-to-partner and partner-to-DMKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GC grouped by DMKN-low versus DMKN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
