DMGDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX13A, TINAG, and GPR152. Each is linked with DMGDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMGDH-to-partner and partner-to-DMGDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX13A grouped by DMGDH-low versus DMGDH-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
