Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DMD-AS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DMD-AS3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DMD-AS3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DMD-AS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and KIRC are the cancer types where DMD-AS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
