Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DMBX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DMBX1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DMBX1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DMBX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where DMBX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
