Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMBX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,109 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMBX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle assembly, Actomyosin contractile ring organization, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with DMBX1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMBX1-to-partner and partner-to-DMBX1 results are reported.
