The most reproducible DMBX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage checkpoint signaling, Cell division, and Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with DMBX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMBX1-to-partner and partner-to-DMBX1 results are reported.
